HIGH-THROUGHPUT MULCH AND ORGANICS SCREENING
The Komptech Multistar XL3 is a 3- or 2-fraction screening machine available in track or wheeled configurations and built for medium and large volume producers of mulch, soil and compost. Grind directly into the XL3's large 9.2 yd3 hopper without blockage, enabling up to 400 yd3/hr of throughput and producing either “double” or “triple” grind finished product. The XL3 offers unmatched flexibility with simple adjustability of the screen cut, quick switch between 3 or 2 fractions with the touch of a button, and the ability to power stacking conveyors directly from the machine.

1 Performance Deck
The XL3's extra-long, overs/coarse screen deck is a major benefit where coarse screening is a bottleneck - offering increased production of finished product with tighter spacing to produce a finer mulch.
2 High Volume Feed
Grind directly into the XL3's large 9.2 yd3 hopper without blockage, enabling up to 400 yd3/hr of throughput and producing either “double” or “triple” grind finished product.
3 Adjustable and Flexible
Easily switch between 3 or 2 fraction screening in a matter of minutes as well as adjust particle size with simple rotation speed control of the star shafts at the screen deck.
4 Full Mobility
Choose the chassis design, either track or wheel, to fit your terrain demands. The semi-trailer design makes the XL3 easy to move from point A to point B for easy off-site screening.
